Photo of Aquilegia vulgaris 'White Barlow'

£9.00

A beautiful, old-fashioned looking aquilegia with fully double, white flowers from May to July. A classic cottage perennial suitable for a range of conditions and a perfect 'filler' for the gap between the last of the spring bulbs and the main flush of summer perennials.

Care instructions

Cut back stems after flowering or leave to self-seed. Self-sown aquilegias look charming naturalised amongst shrubs and roses, however, the plants interbreed freely and seedlings are rarely much like the parents. Cut down leaves in autumn, or earlier if affected by fungal diseases.
